FROM THE DESK OF: EVANGELIST ANDREA LEE
Glory to God! I Shout Praises to His Holy Name! He has Done Great Things! He is Elohim! The Great and Mighty God! Thank God for Jesus the Savior of the World! As believers it's vital that we know and understand that God's is with us where ever we go as well as with what we experience. He's with us when we're on the mountain top as well as He's with us in the valley; at the lowest point of life.  David said in Psalms 139:7; " Where can I go from your Spirit?" Or where can I flee from your presence? Vs. 8 iterates, " If I ascend into heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there. The scriptures literally informs us that there's nothing and no thing that can separate us from God's love and presence. God's presence was with Moses at the burning bush when He gave Moses the mission of delivering God's people out of bondage. Exodus 3:1, reads, Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian. And he led the led the flock to the back of desert, and came to Mt. Horeb, the mountain of God. Vs.2, And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush. So he looked and behold, the bush was burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed." This was a theophany of the manifestation of God's presence; God was letting Moses know Who He was and Is. A "theophany," is a supernatural manifestation of God revealing Himself to man.
This reminds me of how God's presence continued to be with Moses and the Israelites as He led them in the wilderness. The Bible informs us in Exodus 13: 21, " And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead the way, and by night in a pillar of cloud by night to give them light, as to go by day and night." God is with you as well leading and guiding you through this life's journey. The text illustrates to us in Exodus 33: 14, He told Moses, "My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest." The word, "presence," in  Hebrew denotes, " His Face." The face of God is before us. His face is with us through every trial and circumstance. He also said I will give you rest. God's desire is for each of us to rest in Him. No matter what we're faced with we will find rest in Him. Receive the Word of the Lord Today!
